While it may be possible to build close to a boundary, our team requires sufficient space to work safely and efficiently during construction. Additional room is also needed for cleaning the area and removing any debris. We typically recommend allowing at least 60cm of clearance. If the building is positioned any closer than this, fence panels may need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled, subject to your neighbours’ consent.
